How to Apply at The Village at Chesapeake
The Village at Chesapeake is an income-restricted Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community in Washington, DC. Applicants must meet applicable household income limits and the community's Resident Selection Criteria.

Income Guidelines at 60% AMI
Total household income before taxes must fall within the limits below. These amounts represent the maximum income allowed to qualify for the program.

Minimum Income Requirement: Applicants may be required to demonstrate sufficient income to meet rental obligations, consistent with the community's Resident Selection Criteria.
